  1. So far, this is the best AB and arm muscle conditioning video that I have watched. I was doing the 6 min AB video or the core strength ritual daily video until I found this one. I’ve done it about 6 times and it still kicks my butt!

  2. Practice was awesome! I will be coming back to this video often. I usually do a 1 hour session then a smaller session such as this one to concentrate on specific areas of the body. I had to laugh when I was down on my mat because my two Chihuahua’s were licking my toes. Trying to get them to move and concentrate at the same time proved a bit difficult. Have to love our doggies! LOL

  3. Hi Adrienne. So, I have to confess that I get a bit frustrated by movements like the "roll forwards/backwards on your spine"…as an older, big woman w/big boobs, it's impossible to do those types of things (when I do, I suffocate under my boobs…thus, no breathing). Also, I cannot do many of the movements on my back without either a pillow or yoga block to protect my lower back.

    any comments/advice?

    I almost do a video per day since May 2018. I really love the variety of themes that you present.

    Even if I'm never bored with your content, I would really like to have other routines for arms, abs, pectorals, in short, for the upper body. I feel like yoga gave me really strong legs and thighs, but I'm feeling kinda weak in the arms.

    So that's all! Thank you for everything you brought to my life! Merci pour ta vision positive sur chaque situation! 🙂
