  2. I also love chocolate chip cookies!! I truly owe my health to your yoga videos, Erica! Last year, I had a lower back injury and went through a few months of trying to recover. I tried so many strengthening workouts but the ONLY thing that helped was doing your yoga for back pain video and now I do the yoga for weight loss several times a week. It has kept me so much stronger and on track with fitness – Thank you so very much!

  5. This was a great challenge for me! As a Law Enforcement Officer I always thought building bigger muscles and running was all I needed but I was wrong! I left out the most important elements that help me perform my job effectively! Erica’s yoga session helped me relieve stress and strengthen my stabilizer muscles and endurance! Thank you!

  6. just got to the third part of this programme, its amazing all three are so well paced…I still find 2 the real killer!! however after three months my body has literally changed shape, im stronger, calmer and have nothing like the pain i used to get in my hips shoulders and knees thankyou Erica, am soooo pleased to have found this!! all the best xx

  7. There are a few suggestions for using yoga reduce weight
    Find a suitable program locally or online and stick to it
    Do yoga with a colleague so you have someone to encourage you
    (I learned these and the reasons they work from Betwans yoga blog site )
