  3. Tim, I am not at all opposed to videos like this, I actually liked it! I just wasn't expecting it–was expecting more flow. Any way to pack a little more heat in these types of workouts?? I Would love to sweat and burn a little more!

  5. This is awesome. I've really been in a rut for a while, gaining weight. I absolutely hate the gym for various reasons, and while I am starting to do some cardio, I wanted some full body exercise. This is perfect, I hope it helps me.

  6. Tim this was perfect. I had multiple bones broken on my right side when hit by a car three years ago and those path ways between brain and movement are still being rebuilt. These exercises were perfect for reactivating muscles on my right side. Namaste.

  11. I realized firsthand how peaceful and so spiritual yoga can really be. For example, in a class there’s such a great number of other folks it’s extremely difficult to relate to nature, like you can potentially once you figured out from yoga burn.   12. 2nd time doing this workout. I needed 1 day break between. I did feel more able to do these sequences with less drain.
    Will continue this video till it becomes effortless. I do look forward to graduating to other videos.

  13. I loved these exercises! Please do more. It would be nice to do some slower deep preps for pose exercises to learn to go deeper and do them correctly. I love your methods and techniques! Thanks again Tim!

  14. Thanks Tim! It might be a bit late to comment for this video though. I really like you do different varieties of works. I have injured my hamstrings through yoga (silly me, I overstretched them) a few month ago and been slowly recovering. I have realized how important to strengthen core through my painful experience. I love all of your videos, from vinyasa to meditation and pranayama. Thanks!!
