  1. Thank you so so very much Adriene! Thanks to your inspiration and wonderful teaching. I have committed to a regular, mostly daily home yoga practise for over two years and its thanks to you and your programmes. I have noticed a difference physically for sure (i was rocking the core today, something that i used to dread and hate but now do with a smile on my face!) but for me its been about connecting with my spirit and my breath (so this practise was spot on!) and how its carried off my mat into my consciousness, the way i treat others, deal with my emotions and being able to observe my actions and reactions on a daily basis. I thank you in my 'gratitude practise' i have at the end of every session in shavasana / meditation; you are in a star studded line up of the tools of yoga, the Universe and Spirit 😀 So so much love to you and gratitude, keep up the amazing work sis*star, you inspire so so many people.   2. Hi Adrienne! I love your videos, and they are always my go to yoga practice when I'm away from home for work. I just noticed that since starting your videos, I have more tension in my fingers and wrists than I've noticed when I did other videos. It was since following a comment about helping put some of the weight into my fingers instead of wrists. But now I don't know how to fix that. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks.

  4. I´ve been doing yoga for a while now and in the beginning I tried other channels, but none works for me like Yoga with Adriene! Seriously, I feel so fit and strong and – dare I say – beautiful, it´s amazing! I´ve been sick for so long and lost the connection to my body, but with Adriene, I´m starting to get back to this person I was before, albeit a shinier, happier, stronger version of myself. I love it.

  5. I had a really hard time keeping up and missed a lot of the ques to change poses. I would still be in cobra then realized she was talking about forward bends! Also found my self holding my breath a lot waiting for the que to exhale. It all felt really chaotic.

  7. I just want to take a moment to thank you and your teachings. You have made yoga really accessible to me and I have never once thought I was incapable or inadequate. You have given me a confidence I never knew I had and you have improved my well being ten fold. Which is amazing considering you live over the massive pond we call the Atlantic lol.   8. I love practicing yoga, but I love running more (sorry!!) Alas, I have knee pain most of the time. Any advice out there for practices that are easy on the knees? Every time we have to put a knee down and rock back and forth on it I cringe at the thought and sort of improvise my own interpretation of the move. Is this normal or are my knees actually screwed forever?

I have today and tomorrow off of work, but rather than sleeping in like I normally would on a day off, I got up to practice my yoga in the morning, something I usually never have the time to do. Thank you Adriene, for always having the best content to get me through amazing yoga routines, no matter what mood I am in.

  11. Just did this for the second time and thrilled that I can do more than I could last time, I just used to let you get on with it while I took a breather! Still not managed the side twists though, maybe next time! Thanks for making me that bit more flexible which is great when you’re in your 60’s.
