  1. This is my 3rd video with you. I very much enjoy your beginner videos. I’m currently experimenting to see if yoga will help me regulate my upper back and neck pain from an old motorcycle accident. Also I’d like to tone up my body hence trying this workout. I find you very easy to follow, you have a nice pace and clear and concise verbal commands. Thank you very much for all the effort and time you expended in making these videos.

    Just one question if I may, would you recommend your 7 day challenge for a fledgling beginner like myself or would you recommend I become more proficient with the beginner videos?

  2. I'm really glad I've found your videos. I've been doing your beginners morning yoga routine and this yoga routine for the last few days and I've really enjoyed it. Me and excercise never really got along mainly because I get so bored but I have so much fun doing your yoga routines that before I know it the video is over. You're very easy to listen to and I'm glad that I've finally found something fun to help me get healthier.

    This particular video was exactly the video I needed to help strengthen my vinyasa transistions. I did Bikram Yoga for many years which does not have vinyasa. This video was great for helping breakdown the parts.

    Best things about your videos:
    – You start the yoga right at the top of the video. THIS IS SO IMPORTANT AND SO FEW YOGA TEACHERS DO THIS. I love. Literally love that you start each sessions with, "Hello, Yogis".
    – Your audio is done in a dub over your demo. Again. This makes is so easy to hear you and see the postures
    – You have a variety of levels, types, and lengths of videos.
