  1. When she was doing the legs off the mat crunch type of thing I couldn’t because it felt like my spine was really wobbly and it looks like I was shaking but I tried my spine is weird

  2. I'm a flexible person who has been doing yoga for more than 5 years and that pose where you're on your knees and then you recline to have your back on the matt is awful! Might just be me but it was agonising to do and my knees have been in so much pain ever since. I liked this session but that pose is very ill-advised considering this is an easier class. I'd skip it if I were you!
