  3. Thank you! I've been practicing yoga since the New Year and I'm still struggling with my forward fold. I'd really like to help my body move deeper into the fold but my hamstrings are constantly tight. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. 🙂

  4. I like these 7 day and 30 day series because they especially help me reset my practice after a time of getting out of the habit or feeling like it’s getting stale. I always learn more about yoga and deepen my understanding of the postures by doing these slower, more focused practices. Thanks, Tim!
