Hi guys, wanna ask something. I am a beginner in Yoga, is it ok for me to take this workout? I mean I wanna challenge myself and I think this 7-day challenge is perfect for me. I am waiting for your respond 🙂

The best Updog teaching I have ever had. (20+years practicing). Tim's direction is so thoughtful and easy to follow. I have tried a lot of home practices with Youtube etc… and this one is most engaging, educational, and effective! So glad I found you to reboot my practice. Thank you!
Thank you! I've been practicing yoga since the New Year and I'm still struggling with my forward fold. I'd really like to help my body move deeper into the fold but my hamstrings are constantly tight. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. 🙂

I like these 7 day and 30 day series because they especially help me reset my practice after a time of getting out of the habit or feeling like it’s getting stale. I always learn more about yoga and deepen my understanding of the postures by doing these slower, more focused practices. Thanks, Tim!
