  1. Love this! Love Jess as a teacher! I just recently got into yoga this winter, and I checked out a bunch of on-line resources before settling on her 30 Day Challenge on Amazon Prime. She seems to have the best combo of personality/energy and teaching ability — I trust that she will give good cues to keep me safe, and her positive energy and enthusiasm are encouraging and helpful. I know there's a value to going to a studio for personal instruction with someone who can actually see you, but I am not ever likely to do that. I've found a few others I like well enough, one I didn't care for, but Jess is my mainstay….

  2. I had a hard time with the backbend, specifically. My wrists just really didn't want to bend that way, and my arms kind of started to lock in that bent position and then eventually collapse. I was completely unable to hold weight that way. o.o Any suggestions? Is there a modification, at least until I can build up the strength?

  4. Jess you are a wonderful instructor! Austin is lucky to have you! I am going to see if there are more of your videos on here. I hope to see more. It would be great to insert a small video on how to get into the headstand for those of us who's heads can't touch the floor. Or put the advanced move in the the small video. Thanks!

    I'm a beginner at yoga and I don't really know much about it but my sister said that when it comes to fitness you need to find something hard to do and push to achieve that…
    I found it….
