  1. So I thought this would be a good morning workout and I got bored 12 minutes in… the same 7 moves for 20 minutes? I need to have some variation in there. Especially to give my wrists a break…

  2. Didn’t like this. I’ve been trying different yoga routines and so far this one was the worst. To fast and repetitive, and yoga is about mindfulness not just loosing weight. I want to control myself not go so fast paced that I can’t hear myself think

  3. How thick would you guess their yoga mat is? I am looking for yoga mat. I accidently bought 4mm but it's too thick for me and i feel much better doing it on floor but my joints hurt at time due to the extreme hard surface. Any good suggestions on mat?

  4. The first time I tried this, I was sweating buckets and definitely not flexible. That was last week! Since then, I sweat less and become a little more flexible. Love it! I actually see the definition in my arms and that was just 4 times worth of this yoga. Keep doing it ladies, the more you do it, the better you become! Peace!

  5. I'm a beginner but know my forms. This was perfect for kick starting my morning. Although my heart beat wasn't high, I still sweated through. Most importantly I felt extremely relaxed and happy at the end of the video. Thanks for uploading this!

  7. Loved it!!! My new favourite video!!! I really like the instructor. Especially because she is not using the yoga terms all the time that don't mean anything to me. I love the repeat and routine, it gives me the chance to prepare for certain moves or to look forward to them ☺

    Do yoga with a friend so you have another person to encourage you

  10. The instructor's exasperated breathing, almost sniffling, is very distracting and uninspiring. Add that to the extremely repetitive, boring moves – why did even both trying this out the second time around? One of the worse yoga, if not a workout video in general, videos.
