  1. I would like to thankyou for showing us how to breath and when to breath, how to hold your body parts and core corrrctly, because I watched so many yoga videos and they don't do that and I have injured myself not doing it properly. I will only follow you know.

  4. Erica, recently found your videos as I kick started Yoga again! My daughter has been joining me and enjoying it as much as I am! I am amazed but not surprised that after a few days of getting back into Yoga, I'm already seeing great results with flexibility, strength, balance, and cardio endurance.
