This was such a great class, thank you! I have been searching youtube for a great Kundalini course, so I can't wait for the rest of the series. I do have a question: When I do the sufi grind, my sits bones have a tendency to come up when I'm going forward and to the sides, should they stay planted? I always think maybe I'm getting too excited or too into the movement,π. Thank you for everything!ππ½

I enjoyed todayβs yoga, I have been having back pain and I am obese but I somehow manage to follow the yoga moves you are teaching once again looking forward.

Yes, just did day 2 this morning and I felt great peaceful moment again, and the self bubble still but this time I kind of visualised it orange intuitively. Eheh. Thanks again. ππ
