I do have a question: When I do the sufi grind, my sits bones have a tendency to come up when I'm going forward and to the sides, should they stay planted? I always think maybe I'm getting too excited or too into the movement,πŸ˜†. Thank you for everything!πŸ™πŸ½

  2. I enjoyed today’s yoga, I have been having back pain and I am obese but I somehow manage to follow the yoga moves you are teaching once again looking forward.
