  1. Thank you. I’m coming off recent back surgery, and am plus sized. This is exactly what I was looking for. First time and I made it through 25 minutes! I will get through it all. Some of the poses are difficult because of my back, but I’m doing what I can. Thank you!

  2. Rats! Another workout I can't finish because I can't put that much weight on my wrists over and over. Even on my fists, rather than flat hands, I had enough at the 19-minute mark. Also could barely hear cues, even with laptop volume at maximum setting. Sigh! I love the idea, but the execution didn't work for me.

  3. I gave up on yoga because I kept doing beginner videos on here and they were too advanced for me. I am also curvy, so doing most of the positions was too difficult, and I got down on myself. I cannot thank you enough for this video. It was the first time I could actually do a video all the way through. I liked that it was easy but still challenged me. I feel more centered and relaxed and I know my body just got the workout it has been needing for awhile. I cannot thank you enough again! Thank you for sharing your light!

  4. Wow, thanks for your video, this is so brave! As an obese woman myself, I have always been fearful of going out to practice yoga with other people. Your video gave me the courage to do so yesterday. Thank you!! Unfortunately everybody laughed at me because I'm a fat s'piece of shit and obese people shouldn't be fooled into thinking that unhealthy body type is anything above unhealthy. Yoga is great, but it's not nearly enough to lose weight. Why not try tackling your food addiction? If you made a video that talked about that, I'd absolutely watch it, and maybe then the entire world wouldn't laugh at me when I did yoga. You're a s'piece. Thanks so much hun!

  5. Yes I agree please do more videos for plus size yoga. I love it I’ll be doing this over and over till I can do it right. Finally something I can do wow I’m amazed thanks again waiting for more videos 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪

  6. I'm not really overweight, but due to a handicap I have stability issues and my legs are not very flexible. I work out actively and been trying to get into yoga, but all videos I tried to follow left me extremely demotivated. Your tips and modifications are so helpful! Thank you and keep up the great work!

  7. I went through 17 different yoga videos to find this one… I love modifications and easy pace. I am getting back in to healthy lifestyle and with a bad knee. But now thank you so much, please make more….# girlpower

  8. Thank you so much best video so far I have checked out very easy and informative and works for my injuries and my body size I did 15 mins tomorrow it will be 20 mins

  9. I really want to do this yoga sequence, but the music is so terrible, it's so stressful I don't know how they figured out that this would be a good background music to doing yoga. Please can you upload this video again without the music.

  10. great video only made it to 32 minutes though as quite unfit and hoping to lose a lot of weight hopefully i can do the whole video in a couple of weeks

  11. Hi there….I’m a petite framed lady of 5 foot but weighing 14.5 stone…..I’m so pleasantly surprised I could manage this class but I’m really struggling with the downward dog poses on my wrists as they are tiny and have limited range of movement due to old injuries and some arthritis. Is there a modification for downward dog that maybe isn’t so strong on wrists? Any advice appreciated as I’m loving the class.
    Thanks
    Tess

  12. As a novice, there were a lot of things I liked about your video. Mostly showing the modifications and the suggestion to watch it through before trying. That's something I do, anyway, to make sure it's appropriate for my level and also so I'm not craning my neck trying to follow along.
I look forward to utilizing this and other of your videos.

  13. Thank you very very much. A lot of work to be done on my side still, but I enjoyed that immensely. FINALLY instructions at a pace my body can work to and with options to adjust x
