  4. Hi Erica from Jordan Middel East.. I love ur videos.. I finished the first 4 parts and started this one today.. U r one of the best instructers coz u give the move so clear and u give modfications for beginners.. The best about ur videos is that u give what we exactly supposed to feel and how to stay in contact with our bodies.. I started with u last september and so far I lost 3 kilos but ppl think I lost 10 kilos coz I have a great body shape.. thx to u and pls try to post something to stretch waist and belly for mothers..

  5. I love this video, first thing in the morning such a great way to open your mind and body to prepare for the day! I find yoga a fantastic workout and as a mother of two a bit of treat for my body and mind! I am now a TOTAL yoga-holic and can be found stretching and working on my pose postures throughout my days 🙂 Thank you Erica and the other awesome videos from Psyche truth!!

  7. Hi Erica. I'm a high intensity cardio person typically. I'm trying yoga to throw into my routines. I have bad knees. I tried your 1 hour one at first, got through 30 minutes. It was too difficult for me. Now, I've tried these shorter ones. I like it. I have to learn how to really relax though and breath properly. But I like it thus far. Thanks.

  8. Hi Erika, Hope you had a nice trip. I do have travel tips.  Try and travel light. Only keep necessities on you glasses, prescriptions, and your passport or any jewelry.  Do not bring any liquids on your carry on or any creame. YOu can keep a small trail size for creams but that's it. Love your yoga work outss

  9. Hey Erica – quick question. This particular workout makes my ankles hurt SO bad! I've done tree pose and most all of the balance poses before but, wow, did my ankles hurt pretty soon into the video. Any advice? Thanks!

    I started to follow your videos since February 8, 2016. I lost 11 lbs so far from 266 lbs. I have to modify many moves, but I will eventually complete them in about 30 lbs . I'm a stage 4 prostate cancer surviver. I used lemon/lime with baking soda and a vegan diet to beat it in 3 weeks, and God's mighty hand, of course. Losing weight has been a bigger challenge. Your videos are helping me. Oh, don't worry about flying. I traveled I 35 many times when I was in the trucking business, and its much more dangerous than flying. LOL
    Just to respond to some previous videos, my favorite color is purple, I love rain, I drink a mug of coffee every morning, my favorite season is the fall (enjoying your picture on the wall), and your belly button ornement don't bother me. Body tattoos is another story. At least nothing is visible on you. I enjoy your music choice and the tone of your voice, very soothing and relaxing, especially in the morning.   11. I really love Erica's yoga videos. Some instructors have voices that are not so calming or relaxing, but I guess that's just what they are born with. 🙂 Erica has a nice soothing voice and I enjoy it.
    I do have a question, though. When I think of "weight loss yoga" I would think it would incorporate higher intensity/speed moves, while these weight loss videos are more stretching and calming. What exactly makes this series of movements "weight loss"?

  12. Thanks for video! What makes this stick out for me is the instructor. Erica's voice is so calm and relaxing.. my mind doesn't wander during videos. As others have said, I enjoy the whys and explanations to poses. I have subscribed and am continuing through all your vidoes!

  14. thank you so much for this series. i always incorporate your vids in my morning yoga routine. Oh btw for anyone wondering there are alot of heart opening poses here in this video. i suffer from panic attacks and this vid always helps me open my heart chakra which then helps me relax and control my breathing. thnks again!
