  1. I have chronic fatigue syndrome and I'm not able to do all of the video in one sitting, but I've decided that's okay too. 20 minutes of feel-good yoga is better than none. 🙂 Day one down, the rest of my life to go! Thanks, Adriene!

  2. Hey there, just want to thank you for being such a great instructor! I started doing yoga for lower back pain with you and after two weeks the pain is almost gone! Now Im starting the 30 days yoga and cant get enough. Doing yoga with you is like doing yoga with a friend <3 Thank You! <3

  3. Adrienne, I try and do a different beginners video each day, to mix it up. I also am doing the neck stretch one. I’ve got osteoarthritis in my hip and I am really feeling the improvement 😀I never ever thought in my wildest dreams I would get addicted to yoga, but I’m forever scrolling through your videos to see which ones to try next. I’m so much more positive and have changed my whole diet as well. As I need to lose weight☺️But thank you again Lurve yall( hope I spelt that right as I’m British haha!!😍

  4. I really want and need to get back into health and I felt like doing yoga would be perfect for me. After this video I truly do believe this is something I want to and will keep doing! Thank you so much for this amazing set of videos and I can't wait to see what my body will be capable of after these 30 days!

  5. Thank you! I've been wanting to get started more in yoga – I've taken a class or two, but never followed through. I love the 30 day (or more) challenges, and I think you bring such a great vibe to the video – nothing serious, just real life breathing, yoga, and some silliness. I'm excited to continue!

  6. I am looking to do yoga in hopes of being a bit healthier, but also for my anxiety (I hear yoga helps a great deal). I am aware there are some poses that require resting on the hands, but I have had a problem with my wrist for several years and I can barely lean on it for a few seconds at a time without it collapsing underneath me. Is there advice anyone can give? (note, the wrist problem cannot be healed or strengthened)

  7. I am thoroughly enjoying practicing Yoga with Adrienne! I began the 30 day program with an intent focused on easing sciatica pain. The Practice has brought an increased harmony and connectedness to my body, mind, and Spirit. Adrienne creates an atmosphere of self appreciation and acceptance that encourages exploration of Yoga for all levels of practice. I find myself fearlessly and gently expanding my practice.
Thank you so very much, Adrienne, for sharing your enthusiasm, creativity, gentleness and warrior Spirit!!
    Namaste❤

  8. Adrienne, hi you have been so inspirational to me, for such a long time I’ve wanted to learn Yoga, but I’ve not had the confidence. Thank you for your guidance and I can honestly say I’m getting more flexible as the weeks go on and so much stronger especially in my arms. Massive fan and I don’t lose interest xxxx

  9. 8-9-2018 my first day pf yoga which I’m doing to overcome mu depression and anxiety hope i fell a little tension in my back and I’m definitely lacking flexibility but i hope this will improve within days.. thank you so much Adreina much appreciated ❤️

  10. A little more than a year ago this Video embraced my life with the yoga world and changed everything. After that I did yoga for months every day. Somehow because of schedule etc. I lost the track and only find myself doing yoga when my body seems to cry for it. Now I want to go for 2019 with balance and the self love on full level, so I started to do this 30 days challenge for once again. I am excited to find myself on day 30 ( finally, as I never made it through) and come back here to respond to this comment. Happy and transformed <3 Thank you adriene! I really never see the end comming when I work out to your videos. You are the most amazing yogi!
