  1. Tried this did my last day yesterday! I lost 4 cm from my waist (thinest place) and 9 cm from the ”widest place” of my stomach. I am seriously shook and I can’t wait to try more of Lucys workouts!!! They WORK! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽👍🏼

  2. From 67cm to 66cm. Putting some of these exercises a little slowlier and easier, working out with other exercises as well and eating everything I've wanted whenever I feel hungry. Lost 1kg. So now that I finished the seven days, I'll do another seven days but doing this video twice, because I found it very practical. Thank you!

  3. I completed 7 days yesterday and lost 1 inch from upper waist and 1.5 from belly area. I want to know how should I continue, do I add more to this. This is indeed working.

  4. Started this just yesterday. Couldn't do some moves. Today, I was able to do most of them except the crawl and the lying on the back ones. Hopefully I'd be able to do them tomorrow. And I did not measure myself either. But I guess that's okay, as long as I'm able to fit in my old jeans..❤️
