  6. Love this! During the mantra towards the end, my dog pushed her head under my head to make me pet her and kissed me as I said "I am strong". I think it was her agreeing with me! Thanks for the pick-me-up!

  7. Everytime it's like this penetrating force, and I can just feel my mind opening up and my clean wash. It's like the mind and body have worked together. My movements are like thoses of a dancer. It seems me simpler and simpler. I really love do yoga with you. I say again but it's true. Thanks!

  9. I really liked this video but when I was doing it, I didn’t feel very great with everything. I was having some trouble balancing and some pain. Anyone have any tips?

  10. This was good doing after Meditation for Inner Peace, the challenge was warming, and I feel good; thank you. I am most thankful for the daily schedule that allows me to be in the gym, an aerobics class, and free yoga class on Wednesdays and Fridays (special for employees; yay!!!) because I can see the improvement in my strength, stamina, and endurance. I am working it and will be working a nice Epsom salt soak and applying some Bio-Freeze I was able to purchase recentlyπŸ˜‚ Namaste πŸ’–πŸ™πŸ½
