  1. One of my favorite practices so far! Thank you Adriene for focusing on getting postures right instead of just plowing through them. I've learned far more about technique from you than any in person teacher.

  2. Thank you Adriene! Great way to wake up after a fitful's nice of sleep, I will be in a better mood for the rest of my day and hopefully sleep better this evening. You rock as always Adriene, thank you for your amazing energy and videos. πŸ™‚

  3. Adriene is so generous with sharing this practice! Her approach helps me make my own connection to my body and breath. I've taken yoga classes on and off for years that were taught in a more automated way. It wasn't nearly as enjoyable. I'm SO noticing the difference. She is exceptional!

  4. I can honestly say that your videos always feel like I just put them on and then they are done! I have done several of your boot camps and after gastric sleeve your boot camp really helped me get through that slow start back to exercise. Then after I have extensive surgery to my foot and ankle I was told that I would not be able to run or do impact exercises so I came back to you and with my physical therapy and your videos they saw that I had much more range of motion that they ever thought possible with all the hardware in my foot! They told me to keep on doing yoga with you and they were going to check out your videos and recommend them to their patients especially with all the different types of yoga that you do. Thank you for sending your love and light through free yoga. You truly pulled me out of the dark after being bed bound for 3 months and having to learn how to walk all over again. Much love and light back to you!

  5. Hey Adriene, I've been catching your yoga classes here for a couple of years, but with my work as a bed and breakfast operator, find that there's a heavy emphasis on upper body strengthening, which I don't need…id love more total or lower body workouts – just sayin. Otherwise I love your style!

  6. I missed this practice on Saturday, so decided to do it today as it was longer than the scheduled practice. I did find it quite challenging and needed to modify a bit! Thank you Adriene xx

  7. Annoyed at myself that I couldn't finish this today, after my success the last time I did this. My allergies and asthma are kicking my butt this week but I enjoyed what I could manage and one of my step ups to forward fold from down dog was the farthest I've ever gotten my foot without the help of my hand so yaaaaay!!!!

  8. I feel overjoyed, almost giddy. That big move where you curl your toes under and lift while in the twist β€” I couldn’t do it two nights ago at the YWA/Adidas event. But just now I did it! I feel so empowered. Thank you, Adriene. I have that shy/brave feeling all over again. Self-love as an act of courage. Thank you. β€οΈπŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈβœ¨πŸŒŠ

  9. This went by so quickly! I slept really uncomfortably on my side (curse of an old mattress πŸ™„) so twists to the left felt quite painful. I had to adjust and refused to push myself as I used to, since that would in no way be beneficial to myself or my body. Thank you for teaching me how to be kind to myself!

  10. Hi Adriene! Beautiful practice, as always. I have a question that maybe you or someone in the comments can help me with: I have a lot of belly fat, and as it is I don't know what to prioritize in poses like Low Lunge, Seated Forward Fold, and even Child's Pose where your belly comes to the top of the thigh. My belly tends to get in the way and either I feel squished like I can't breathe, or I can breathe but I don't get the stretch I feel like I'm supposed to get. On the Low Lunge sometimes I lean my knee to the outside, but I'm afraid it will strain my hips if I do that too much. Does anyone have any advice (besides lose the belly fat, which I'm already working on)?

  11. I had a dip in my mood mid week, but you restored my confidence Thursday/Friday and today when we returned to this practice for Catch A Wave, I noticed a real improvement in my achievement ! This sequence builds slowly and kindly to a lovely flow, and even a little yummy abs near the end … awesome. You are amazing Adriene, I think you have magic in your voice so we connect to you. Anyway, I remain forever grateful for what you do for me πŸ§˜πŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ’žπŸ’žnamaste πŸ™

  12. Adriene , today this one .. im going to sweat like a pig and you like a total boss.. no sweat at all like wtf share the secret (maybe is yogalovs > w >) )

  13. Thank you that helps so much with flexibility. I struggle with weight and should probably be on a strict clean eating regimen. (Work in progress) hip and muscular thighs give me trouble appreciate the flexibility poses

  15. from time to time I get a little 'yoga legging envy' esp when you wear the florals…but yesterday in the thrift shop I found the most beautiful floral leggings, tags on, right size….me and you in Florals Adrienne πŸ™‚

  16. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I follow your videos on Tuesday as part of my Body Boss program and I sooooooo look forward to do them every week! Tuesday is my favourite day! But is because of you and the energy you spread! Namaste πŸ™πŸΌ

  17. Why can't I ever find my previous comments here haha. Best practice of this routine yet! I clearly remember not being able to hold the yogi squat for more than a breath cycle the very first time, and now I can stay in the pose the whole time and transition to the floor gracefully. Yoga works indeed!

  18. Thank you for always reminding me that weight loss doesn't mean harming your body or feeling negatively now. I've come from a bodybuilding mindset where I learned to push my body til I literally break. Because of my crazy efforts I threw my thyroid down in the toilet and after a year of recovery finally feeling as close to normal as I have in a long time and finally starting to work on building my strength up, this time by living my body and bending til I break. Thank you Adriene for helping me not to falter into the bad habit of destroying my inner mindset by wanting to lose a bit of weight and get stronger. I will not put my mindset to the wayside no longer.
