I started doing this, but I didn't sweat as much as I wanted to but it is less stressful comparared to other yoga workout that I've done before. I can feel my tummy and arms burning though which I like the most. We'll see where this journey will take me soon. Thank you so much for this video! ๐

This video is incredible! It seems so easy, I hardly even exert any energy but you get results! My abs have been getting harder, and flatter and I only have done 4 days so far. I am not the type of person to comment on stuff normally, but I just think it's amazing that your don't have to feel incredibly sore afterwards to see results. If you don't think its doing anything the first day, keep doing it for a few days you will see changes. ๐ Thanks!!!

I want to say thank you. I was feeling down and depressed today because I am 6 months postpartum and I feel like the weight isnโt going anywhere Iโm just stuck. Not to mention I have a million other things going on. However after doing this and quieting my mind I came to the conclusion I need to be patient with my body. Thank you for doing this video. I have been wanting to do yoga for a long time and finally took the step towards wellness. I am following a diet plan that is plant and organic base however, it's an expensive diet so everything I eat is not always organic. This video definitely had me sweating within minutes of starting. Do you have a schedule to follow which video/excessive to do next? I am trying to accomplish all the things you mentioned to loose weight, strengthen muscles especially my back and stomach and spiritual finding peace. I have tried meditation and find it hard to concentrate. I think yoga could help with that. Looking forward to your response for this beginner!
I have 8 days to lose about an inch or two off my waist.. will this work?
Did this one time and have had intense joint pain (to the point of difficulty walking) ever since. Pretty sure one of these caused a meniscus or a bursa to get injured. My back and shoulders have been having issues too, but the knee is the worst because it's causing me to not be able to do my cardio.
