After a lot of cycling yesterday, this was great for my tight and achy hips! Feeling good and ready for my day at work now, thank you Adriene as always
Tough but now I feel fantastic, physically and mentally. Couple times I wanted to quit but I took some deep breaths, a few seconds rest, and kept going. Thanks Adrienne!

A good balance pratice, the mine is better and the body gets full working for sure. Very effective.

I do yoga at the gym but a friend from class complimented on how much better I've gotten when it was just the two of us I told her it's more than that I learn from the best and her name is Adrienne Mishler ty for helping me out with this issue I was born with a muscle disorder so that's always been a real challenge for me and I've got to owe it all to u for helping to over come this disability

Wonderful, just wonderful! I sweated a lot, my heart was beating like doing cardio, but now I feel in much better mood than if I hit gym/go for run. That´s a magic of yoga (and especially YWA) <3 Thank you a lot, Adriene!!
I loved this practice it released big bubbles of joy – thank you for your videos!! They have helped me find a daily practice that I feel off balance without!!
