I've been watching video for months but I just did this for the first time and paused the video 3 times but I still made it! Next time I want to do it with one pause and then with no pauses. It is definitely less scarier than it looks.
I think this workout is really effective, even though an high intermediate level. Does anyone agree that a little warm up and final strech would be necessary?
Couldn’t make it all the way through and here I though I had strong muscles. I will continue this tell I make it through several time over. Thank you for this amazing video!

So…I have been addicted to this vid lately. So Good for an all over workout. Great for strength, stretch & balance. Yes, it's challenging. Its' supposed to be. WARNING You will sweat. Every time you do it you will become stronger, more flexible & toner. #GOYOU
I learned how to do it with Unflexal page. I think unflexal's guide is the best way to be salubrious.
I plan to do yoga every morning then cardio for lunch time and before dinner I’ll do weight training…should I do this vid everyday or every other day? I have great respect for you! Amazing video 💕

Was in with yang yoga and could feel pain im the body….but with yin yoga and you i am relaxed and transforming……grt work…God bless u.
Up with my 4 month old at 5:30am did this workout followed by the 10 min core workout shot in the same place. Definitely gets the heart rate going! Determined to get rid of my baby pouch after a caesarean before summer holidays!! 🙈
