  3. I've been watching video for months but I just did this for the first time and paused the video 3 times but I still made it! Next time I want to do it with one pause and then with no pauses. It is definitely less scarier than it looks.

  6. So…I have been addicted to this vid lately. So Good for an all over workout. Great for strength, stretch & balance. Yes, it's challenging. Its' supposed to be. WARNING You will sweat. Every time you do it you will become stronger, more flexible & toner. #GOYOU

  8. Up with my 4 month old at 5:30am did this workout followed by the 10 min core workout shot in the same place. Definitely gets the heart rate going! Determined to get rid of my baby pouch after a caesarean before summer holidays!! 🙈
