I got cramps in my thighs and calfs when i first tried this but slowly when i became habitual it made me feel fresh and active.
How can a person above 100 kg can do this..they even cant do suryanamaskar..this routine is for semi fat person not complete obese.
I have one problem,I'm unable to speak fluently,I have suffering with stammering,and anxiety Please suggest,which yoga and which pranayama suitable to me? Plz help me

The jumping exercise that starts at 5:50 is what I am having a lot of trouble with. I am able to jump back and forth but not too well and not in line with my palms. Can someone direct me to get this right, please. Are there any stretches that would help ease me into this position in the right way? I love this video but as a beginner, this is hard for me. Also, I am flat footed, if that is of any significance.
