  1. The jumping exercise that starts at 5:50 is what I am having a lot of trouble with. I am able to jump back and forth but not too well and not in line with my palms. Can someone direct me to get this right, please. Are there any stretches that would help ease me into this position in the right way? I love this video but as a beginner, this is hard for me. Also, I am flat footed, if that is of any significance.

I have read the replies you had gave on comments asking you about how many repetition of this entire video should be performed… You said 1 time for 1st week twice the second week n so on… So my question to you is by the 10th week should I perform 10 repetitions of this entire video? And also tell me if I consider this entire video as one cycle so how many cycles will help me lose 3-5 kgs in 15 days? Plz reply
