  1. 153 days of daily yoga. This is the longest Ive stuck to any healthy regime. Thank you my beautiful teacher, friend, angel 💕 btw I hurt my right shoulders, back from that 1 arm tapping plank move from last weeks yoga for sensitive knees. Today, its healed and I actually felt really strong doing it ^_^ just 1 of the numerous improvements I got from YWA

  2. Your videos are amazing! I love how clear and consistent they are, as well as how easy they are to follow even for beginners! I've done your 30 day challenge and so far a few of the yoga for weight loss videos and am totally loving them! I really enjoy being able to customize a calm session at home to whatever I need for the day with your extremely well taught videos. Can't recommend them enough, and I've already convinced several friends to give them a try!

  3. Wonderful! I love checking out the other videos when I have the extra time. I’m on day 16 of the 30 days and wanted some extra practice. I felt it, but each day sloooowly, I can feel some this get better, something strengthening, softening, just something…. which makes me feel happy. Namaste 🙏🏾

  4. I did not do a lot of yoga in the last few months, bc I was just busy traveling. But this was my favorite video before I left, so just came back and fell in love again. This feeling is everything. yoga is everything. thank you,​ Adriene!

  5. Benji is just such a wonderful added bonus to your videos. As I was practicing with this video just now, my cat Mo decided to needed to lay in the middle of the mat up until the little shoulder taps. I think my heavy breathing onto him finally annoyed him haha!!

  6. Lately I've been visualizing my mat as my life boat. I am the captain and Adriene is my North Star. Everyday I get on my life boat I arrive at the shores of peace and love ( or at least close lol). Thank you Adriene for shining so bright! 🙏💗
