  1. I love this series. I have bounced around for a gentle moving routine and keep coming back to this one. I would like it to go a little slower with a few more breaths between poses so I can really drop down deeper into the stretch. Otherwise its great. Especially the neck stretches!!!

  2. This moves a bit too quickly for a yoga practice especially for beginners. When in each pose explain how it should feel and give people time to sink in and get the pose correct.

  3. As a student, this really motivated me to get up in the morning. Really love this morning routine! I hope psyche truth can upload a video that is 10 minute long and strongly focus on the flexibility. But again, thank you fo this energizing morning routine! ^_^

  4. I've been doing yoga for 2 years, this is not yoga !! She was too fast I even slow downed the speed it didn't help!!! I am very flexible and physically fit but I was out of breath and all sweaty, this is not a yoga it's a intense workout!!!!!Dislike. It's funny how amateurs think they can teach yoga

  5. Every morning my neck is really tight. To the point where I need at lease 20-30 mins every morning to wake up before I can look down. Could that be do to tight muscles or my pillows or both? I'd like to give this a try but I don't want to strain a muscle in my neck tho.

    Also what yoga mat would you or anyone recommend for men? I'm 6 foot and my shoulders are 25-26in. Not sure if that matters but I'd like to get into yoga and a small mat would bug me. Also does the materials of the mat matter?

  6. Hey, i've watched your video about the 10 minute yoga sequence for begginers and i'm excited to try it out:) I want to try doing some simple cardio in the morning too, maybe a jump rope. What's your opinion on doing cardio after yoga? should it be done before or after yoga? Is it okay to do it right before or after yoga since yoga stretches your muscles. Also before i start doing yoga, should i do a warm up exercise so i can warm up my muscles before stretching them? is it okay to do these yoga stretches without warming up your muscles? I would really appreciate your help on this 🙂

  7. Would be good if a bit more challenging; I am not at all in good shape and about50 and was way too easy for me; it I moreover a version for people e.g. ; coming out of illness/hospital  but not really enough for someone who is more or less ok;
