I love you but this is not an "easy yoga workout" Hahhaa! And ive been doing yoga for years now! I do "easy flows" once my lady time of the month pain has started to subside (i have endometriosis so im crippled the first few days, tmi) but this is not easy! 😂 but your still amazinnnggg and my favorite yogi ever!

Hey Julianna and Mark, I'd like to say thank you very much for what you're doing. I just started to do yoga about a month ago, completely changed my lifestyle and you helped me a lot to make this huge step for me. I was and I still am really uncomfortable with my body. Sometimes it's so hard to not eat that chocolate or chips in the store lol, but later I'm happy I didn't and I hold my will. But when I practice yoga, I'd love to do something like in this video, yoga or pilates for weight loss, but it's impossible for me to do it right now. I fall a lot when I'm in some positions, because I'm too weak. How long did it last before you could do some intermediate or hard positions? I feel so weak and useless, that I can't even hold my muscles and do something for my body….sometimes I even have to stop in the middle of the practise. What should I do? I would be so happy for any advice. I wanted to message you on facebook or somewhere else, but I didn't know where…So thank you if you notice this message of mine. I've been vegan for 3 months now. WFPB vegan. I've been walking and doing yoga every day. I feel like I look thinner but I've gained a few pounds. I hope these workouts from boho beautiful are what I need to start burning fat. I feel like I'm doing everything right 😑.
