Wow Brett,been doing yoga for years with you and tried your kundalini offerings in the past but this one was the best intro for me..short and sweet and I really had to power through the breathe of fire,but was totally worth it,onto your next vid,thanks so much for being my amazing yoga teacher!.

Wow – different! And interesting! Managed to turn my thoughts off for a while, that's always a good thing. But – I would need to do another practice if the goal is to stay in shape, right? Thank you for everything you share and teach!
I feel warm and energized today. I've done these exercises within your detox yoga fusion challenge but today I made new connections and my breath of fire finally clicked in today. I have been afraid of Kundalini practices because within the challenge many times I started to cry from the difficult repetition but I'm going to stick with this and see where it will lead me. Thank you for all of your videos and wisdom. 🙏

I love this class, it was nice to be able to read and understand the mantra, and also the 3 different parts of the practice. It felt Peacefull, like I was in a bubble. The rhythm is difficult to find but it's nice when you find your own. The most difficult for me was to try to have my inhale as long as my exhale in breath of fire while trying to say mentally Sat Nam at the right time ahah It got a little bit messed up, but helped me to not focus on the weight of my arms. Thank you, I'm looking forward to the other classes.
Just finished your class outside on my mat in the sunshine here in south-western Ontario. Your classes are the first that I have found that explain kriyas and mantras. Excited to learn more and experience more. Thank you for doing this.
This exercise is amazing Brett. I feel harmonized and calm and clear vision of what I want. Thank you.
Feel very relaxed after, experienced some pain in my back after the first exercise though maybe I did it wrong?
Hardest part was holding my elbows out as have poor shoulder strength.
I loved it. I can do these as part of my lunch break, really helped with the mid day slump!!!! Thanks Brett
Breath of fire is so difficult, but it makes me feel great 🙂
