  1. I had a liver transplant in 2005 and the cut is all the way across my belly, it is healed of course, but I don't have any feeling along the cut line. So, is there another belly yoga exercise that I can do that would be easier for me to do?

  2. This is going way too quickly for a beginner!!! I cannot follow it. Every time I get in to one position you've changed it.
    Couldn't you go a bit slower please as overall I was enjoying this.

  3. I loved this video. It was a good workout and I liked that it focused on only a few moves. I would have liked a bit more detail in how our
    bodies should be; knees over feet, back flat in downward dog, etc. Otherwise, I thought this was great for beginners.
