  1. Did the back bend~ Damn, that was super cool considering that its probably the first time I've done it at home. HOW Cool..! Love the way the body works. And I also realize that its important to know when to stop going for that stretch. It slowly builds up…so as long as you feel the stretch, its good enough! Love it.. thanks!

  4. Hi Courtney, thank you so much for your videos, far the best I have seen so far about Power Yoga. I am new to Yoga, got tired to do workouts that left me with muscle sores for days. I am only practicing twice a week but I can feel I am getting better every time. I must say got stuck to part 1 for 3 months… and today I finally made the jump to part 2. I am so amazed I did it all! And yes, you are super hot 😉

    i have been practising this session for about 15 days now. And i see no changes as such, not even minute difference so is it normal for yoga to take this long to make an effect or am i doing something wrong? I would also like to know, how long before i can lose 10 kg.
