I only suggest that in future videos maybe talk a bit less simply because it makes a 20 minute yoga video 26 minutes and the reason I am doing 20 min is because I don't have half an hour. I realized its only 6 minutes longer because of the time spent talking in between poses. Otherwise, I appreciate all the helpful guidance related to the poses while I'm doing them 🙂 Thanks alot!

  7. What ever you take make sure you stop taking furthe rif you have enough. Thats prpblem that most of people do not know when is enough and become sich or unhealthy

  8. Yeah, I did it for the first time today. I was quite disastrous at some parts which was expected. I only need to be patient. One good thing is that it looks simple but it's not. It takes an effort. And I really feel energized. I love the feeling. I used to be flexible and I want to go back to my old self. Thank you very much.
