  1. I did this routine for 4 days now. But after doing this, my hips and lower abdomen started to feel so sore. I may try this a bit more~ my belly fat is starting to get less. Except when i sit, the belly fat takes over lol

  2. It is very dangerous exercise….so while doing this exercise be careful because it causes neck fracture…..i am also affected by neckfracture…… So be careful or don't do this…..there are lot more exercise are try that……
