  1. i was already doing all of these poses before it is really effective if u try them daily but, if u discountinued doin it it will help to put on weight rather than loosing

  2. i have been doing this 4 times now, and this combine with change in habit like drinking 16 oz of water when i wake up, eating large breakfast and medium lunch, small dinner and cutting down on my sweets. I can see some toning in my belly and i lost 1lb so far this week. oh and i don't eat dinner late. also if you can cut of soft drinks it will help alot. I have 14 lbs more to lose!!!

  3. I am not at all flexible so a lot of these poses don’t work for me. Most times where I am expected to touch my feet I don’t even reach halfway to them. Will my flexibility improve with time?
