i loved them all n i do exercise daily attempting all of these poses …great vdo
the bow pose hurts my knees like it feels it's streching way to much .. can I do an alternative exerice that can help the same areas?

I always liked yoga but Yoga really helped me when I got my back disability. It really helped me because I could take my time and not rush but the moves were still strong and I could feel muscle

Maaannnn…Is this a photo shoot to cal these YOGA ASANAS as POSEs!! All the "asanas" are meant for uniting one's individual self with the SUPREME ONE while forgetting that one is in that POSE. SO WHY NAMING IT AS DOG POSE?????? Body fitness comes in the journey rather…….a petty thing.
Some very nice looking legs is what im after. Haha we'll see how that goes

I would suggest a child pose after each pose and a final corpse pose at the end of the practice to help the body to rest and relax again.
