  1. great shoulder opening! – just a side note- the top arm in gomukasana is moving into external rotation when the pinky rolls toward the center line (the bottom arm is in internal rotation). really important to work on proper external rotation of the shoulder joint any time the arm is over head to prevent shoulder impingement.
