  1. I did yoga all through my second trimester using Tammy's videos. Now I'm 24 weeks and feel fantastic! Tammy is such a great teacher, thank you for helping me stay fit in my pregnancy:)

  2. 36 week and this excercise is so relaxing for me. Especially in the morning or evening after all day at compiuter. Thank you for sharing this.
